trouble going on housholds
everything works, exept when I'm supposed to click on a household and play. It just countinues to spin and spin with that sims logo without doing anything. and I wait for a really long time, but nothing happens.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
