@mcsquared1235 EA sales typically end at 10 am Pacific time, although sale prices may be displayed for a bit longer due to caching issues. The end time of the sale should be somewhere in the fine print of the sale page, not necessarily on the page for an individual product but included with the main advertisement. Even if you don't see that, it's safe to assume that 10 am Pacific is the end date until it changes, which it hasn't for at least five years.
What's really frustrating for me is that I checked the fine print on the banner on the website and there was no time specified, and absolutely no indication that the sale was ending in less than an hour. It feels really icky and I feel a little cheated, especially after the unholy run-around I got from "customer service". I'm new to the game, so there's no way I could have known that the sales have ended at 10am Pacific for the past 5 years. I shouldn't have to rely on insider knowledge to know when the sale ends. All I was hoping for was that customer service or something would shoot me a little 10% off or $5 coupon so I could still get something out of it, because the only way I was going to get anything at all is because of the sale. My hope is that maybe someone who actually works for EA will see this thread and help me out a little bit, since that's what their customer service told me to do. And maybe next time they'll actually publish the end time for the sale somewhere obvious so people can see it.
