@ladysim4  The new pack doesn't work in the Legacy Edition, just like all other packs released after October 2019 don't work in the LE.  You can try contacting EA customer support and requesting a refund; support usually helps in this kind of situation.

    @crafydragon  EA has made it clear that this is not getting fixed: no new packs will work in the Legacy Edition now or in the future.
