TS4 City Living Pack - Broken/Glitches!

Hi EA Games,

Is the TS4 City Living Pack Broken? When I load up my home apartment lot, which is the 4 floor penthouse by the Planet Honey Pop - Karaoke Bar, most of the floors, appear very far down, from where I'm viewing from, on my PC Screen! Plus most of my sims can't be seen, on any of the first-third floors, except if there on the roof of the penthouse (shown),and also when they visit any lot or world in the game, they won't go home, they will just run a short distance and then just stand there, like if they're idle, just smiling and twitching etc. Please sort this out if you can ASAP, as I love playing TS4, and it's a big shame when it's not running smoothly!

gameplay issue

    @edwardstpowell (NOTE TO SELF!) - I've also tried 'Set View Distance - High', and tried repairing my game, through the EA App, to no avail / improvement! In fact every time my game reaches night time, in San Myshuno, all of the buildings nearby, including my sim's household building, go semi-transparent, as if the game is partly incomplete, or if there is work being done to that part/map of the game.
