TS4 Digital Deluxe languages.

Hiya! So I've bought TS4 language locked version 6 years ago, but now I want the game in English, so I bought the deluxe version. The game still only has Polish/Chech/Rus options and idk what to do. Support has not been writing back to my emails! Pls help!

    Hi there @Sarajuku,

    The languages available are dependent on what region you've purchased your copy of the game from. If you've got the language-locked version, purchasing the Digital Deluxe upgrade won't change the available languages for you. 

    Instead, if you're looking to get different language options, you can try reaching out to the live support team to see if they can change the region version you currently have on your account. You can contact live support through the help site here to have them look into those options with you- if you have any troubles getting in touch with the team there, please let me know.

    I bought The sims 4 in a store in czechia and when i try to download the game the only available language options are czech, polish and russian. Can someone please let me know how to add english. (I also tried to set my region to Canada in settings and language is english as well)

    I have recently reset my laptop and now can no longer download my game in Polish. I have played in Polish since Origin days, and when the transfer to EA happened I did not have any issues with the language. The only option that is showing up for me to download is English. I have tried contacting EA various times however they have not been much help. I don’t know what to do.

    I originally bought the game localized in Russia and there were only three languages available: Russian, Czech and Polish. Neither are my languages, im from Kazakhstan. I wanted  to switch the game language to English so I uninstalled it, but there isn't any option to do so. How do you suggest I proceed with that? I need to change the language. This makes absolutely no sense. I tried changing my own location to US, still no luck.
