TS4 game stuck at loading screen

Uninstalled game. Re-installed it. New save. I load in, everything is fine for a while. I travel with the sim out of their home. I go back home, never ending loading screen appears. New save. I close the game and attempt to resume - never ending loading screen. This occurred two days ago, a week after I installed the interiror designer pack. I have NO MODS. stop askig me if i have mods.
Does anyone have any idea what has caused this issue? Sims4 had been fine on my PC for a year.
MaiTheOriginal Does this lot use the Off the Grid challenge? If so, please remove it, which you can do by loading it in Build mode via Manage Worlds.
