Thanks for your help. I'm kind of annoyed they locked the "THREAD FOR NEW MEMBERS TO POST GAME ISSUES" and I can't even post about the issue I'm having.
A response like this doesn't help anyone else searching for the same answer. Especially if you or the OP doesn't provide a link to the referenced "other post".

- @SheriGR In my understanding @Cleavo77 is responding on the post @PugLove888 gave in march 2019 and may be, if I still understand what it is all about Cleavo77 would have like to see the other post in which the thread finally finished.
To my understanding the post was in this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Feedback/Um-How-do-I-post-on-The-Sims-Forums/m-p/7619836#M11198.
And to my knowledge it was solved back then. - CloeGreen5 years agoRising Scout
I totally agree ! I was trying to post something and couldn't even though I've had the Sims since Sims 3 !
I suppose they needed these measures since it's a forum for "adoring fans" of the game, so criticism will get flagged
I’ve clicked on the link, and followed the instructions on how to use the sims forums, but for some reason the button to start a new discussion is not there. I know it may sound weird but I really don’t know how to post or comment. I’m a new member, and the requirements for a new member to get promoted to a member includes having a certain number of posts.
