Unable to Access "Game Modes" in Game Settings

Hello, I am encountering an issue where I am unable to click on or access the "Game Modes" section in the settings of The Sims 4. The options are visible, but they are not interactive, and I cannot select them to change any settings. I have checked that my game is up-to-date, and I am wondering if this is related to a missing expansion pack or if it might be a technical issue or bug.
