Unable to change floors in live mode/change walls

My game has officially become unusable since today's (May 28th) update because I can no longer change floors in any lot in the game. All lots in live mode have all walls up, and floors at the max, me...

I am able to change floors in live mode since the game update when I'm playing a mod (and cc) free game, i.e. with none in my mods folder. 

Have you tested with your mods folder out of your The Sims 4 folder? Also make sure to delete your localthumbcache file and if that's still doesn't help, try repairing your game in the EA app.
