Unable to cook meal
When selecting for my Sim to serve/prepare a meal by clicking on the fridge or stove nothing happens. When I select to do a group meal the preparations are performed but the Sim never cooks the meal.

I took out all mods and only have clothing, furniture, and hair cc still in the game. I have not tried another family to see if the error is there. I have repaired the came and still not working. I got the newest game pack release and that's when I started having issues. My sims are getting stuck in rooms they shouldn't be as there's a entry point that they used to get in the room. They are frozen and I can't select them to reset them. I can only get them to move by using the short key to travel to a lot. When I go to the world maps the new world from life and death pack shows up twice which I've never seen happen before
Test if it's limited to one family/lot or a general issue.

So I tried other households and it works. How can I fix the household I'm playing to be able to cook?
Try the following
- Make sure there's nothing in the oven.
- Try selling the oven and buy a new one
- Make sure you have nothing hanging over the oven that could be blocking.
If these don't help, please post a picture of your kitchen setup.
