Unable to feed toddler in high chair when facing a table

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Norsk
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.63.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except My First Pet stuff, Moschino & Realm Of Magic.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a toddler and a high chair facing a table (see picture). Click on either the toddler or the high chair and choose to feed the toddler.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim goes to the fridge to find food for the toddler, when coming back my sim waves their hands and place the food on the table.
What do you expect to see? My sim placing the food on the high chair, and then pick up and place the toddler in the chair.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch from 11/12/2019

I always place the high chair like this, and it has never been a problem before now.

@alanmichael1 I don’t use mods or cc, so that can’t be it.
If my sim pick the toddler up first and then choose to place the toddler in the chair, that works without problems. But when I click on the chair or the toddler, it doesn’t work. If I click on the chair my sim will find food for the toddler, go back to the chair and wave their hands, and place the food on the table. When I click on the toddler and choose to give food, my sim will pick the toddler up and place him/her in the chair, wave their hands and place the food on the table. In both cases my sim has a thoutht bubble with footsteps crossed over.
Maybe it’s the table? I added a better photo of the table.

@marianlarsen I tested that table. Pretty sure.

Does it also not work in a different house/save ?

@crinrict It doesn’t seem to be a problem on a different lot.

@marianlarsen So it's something about the lot. Do you have any lamps hanging above the table ?

Moving to general discussion to further find out what's causing the issue.

@crinrict I have one 1-square lamp above the middle of the table. It is one of the flat ones from the base game. I tried removing the lamp, but that didn’t work either.
