Unable to play Royalty and Legacy Expansion Pack
I cannot play the new pack I just bought yesterday. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (the entire game including every single pack that I own.) I have tried repairing every file. I did have mods but I made sure to take them out, too. I have tried taking all my save files out. Noting works. I just want to play the new expansion. Please fix!!! Thank you.
Finally figured it out. I had to move my Sims 4 folder to my desktop, and when I did that it made a new file where it used to be in Documents -> EA -> The Sims 4. When that happened, it took out all my saves. So if you aim to fix your own game this way, I advise making a backup of your saves before you do. But, I finally have access to Ondarion after like an hour of trying to figure this out.
