Unable to submit to sparkd challenge

Hi! I am currently trying to submit my entry to the sparkd wedding destination challenge, but I keep getting an error: "We're sorry. Something has gone wrong, please try again". Please, help! Here is proof of completion before the deadline: https://youtu.be/RMgVrRku_Us
