Unable to trigger Ghost Night?

I had issues with this too. I tried the Willowbrook bar then went to then went to the new Ravenwood bar (there must be ghosts there, right?). There were ghosts but it did not fulfill the challenge task. I then decided to try Rattsnake juice bar. No ghosts but I hung out anyway. Ghosts just showed up around 8:30 am. So I guess iit has to be the right bar and if you stay long enough (?). Not sure if this helps anyone but this is what happened for me.
Willow Creek only has a nightclub. Ravenwood has both a bar and a nightclub. Are you sure it was the bar you went to? The Rattlesnake Juice bar indeed is a bar. Remember that ghost night is Wednesdays from 8 PM to Thursday 2 AM.
