Stuck on loading screen after I make a sim

Each time I try to make a second sim on my MacBook I get stuck on the loading screen and cannot fix it, I've cleared my cache and clicked repair on the ea app multiple times as well as starting new games. I don't have ant CC or Mods either.

does this happen for any save you try or a specific one ?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Delete the ones you have

Trigger the error again

Check if new ones are created

If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
