unable to type in cheats console

Question

I pull up the cheats console bar using ctrl-shift-c and it shows the cursor but I can't type anything. I made sure it's focused in the console bar, and made sure my keyboard works for other gaming aspects (ex. sim tab quick keys)

k3llyz​&nbsp; Does your computer run Windows or macOS?&nbsp; Does it help to play in windowed mode?&nbsp; And if you're running any other apps alongside the game, especially something that comes with an overlay (e.g. Steam or Discord), does it help to disable the apps?
