Unable to use exam beds

When I click on the exam beds at the hospital they just say make bed but it’s greyed out and says this object does not need cleaning, 

Unable to use them as all, have reset debug deleted the object and placed another one into the lot. Same issue.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Which task are you trying to do ? It's a bit hard to tell from your pics but it looks like the bed wasn't used.
    • Do you not have any patients in the exam rooms ? You might need to go to the queue first and check them in.
