[Under Investigation] Sims 4 gallery issues on console

My gallery is not showcasing my builds. I am connected to the internet. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I restarted my PS4. Its been like this for like 3 days now. I can play the game without ...

Hey all,

This issue should no longer be occurring as we released a fix to the Gallery servers earlier today.

Can you confirm if you still run into this now?

Just wanted to let you all know we're investigating this one, and have been able to reproduce the issue internally.

First : Sorry for my bad englisch.
I allready searched for my problem, but found nothing that fits... so i am writing here...
Now I started playing sims4 on xbox again and have no option shown to "klick on" so i can open the online-galerie ... No GALERIE sign on the startside nor during the live-playing.
My own galerie opens without a problem.
A half year ago this works with no proplems !! And i havn't change a thing... not the xbox, not the router, not the account... there were only the automatically updates for sims 4....
Can u help ?
