Unit Rating on Sims 4 not going up

Hi Guys,

My unit rating on sims 4 is not going up, I've done everything required to make it a high rating ( the units are worth over $50,000), it has nice amentities, furniture, decor etc but it's not changing. HELP!

  • @jewelthayathaung The Shared space also affects ratings, as does maintenance. Make sure there are things for Sims to do in the Shared spaces, and have the landlord conduct maintenance on units.

If you're the Landlord, it helps to be friends with your tenants. Visit their units, complement their house and conduct maintenance on appliances/plumbing everywhere you can. Participate in Tenant Events like Petting strays and donating to charity. Clean fanatically.

In my test game - which started out as 4 Tents plus a cookhouse and bathroom unit I managed to get to 3 Stars just by being friendly with tenants and working on the shared space while visiting units (not much to work on with a tent). I got to 4 Stars when I began replacing the Tents with small cabins with their own bathrooms. Still pretty basic. My Sim started with 20,000 simoleons and has been working his way up as he can afford it.

    Good luck.
