University Application NOT processing

Question

Hi!I applied two of my sims (different households) to University but it's been over a week in the game and every time I check the application status it says it's still processing.It should take two days to get an answer from Uni isn't it ?(that's what used to happen when I first started playing the pack). I fear there's some kind of bug happening and I can't actually apply to university anymore :SHELP

@twin_peaks92  Hm. You can try if that helps. I doubt it will help but stranger things have happened. It won't hurt, that's for sure.Did they apply for an uni loan as teens ?

Hey&nbsp;@crinrict&nbsp;thank you for your reply. No these sims just became young adults so weren't attending uni before.. I don't have any mod installed...I don't know what's wrong should I maybe repair the game on the Origin launch menu (playing on Mac)?
