Updating the outfits on present Sims...
I've just bought the new Seasons game. How do I go back and update all the Sims i've already created with the new outfits (and multiple for weather changes)?

Click on a dresser or mirror and choose Change outfit.
@TBawidamann, just like @jpkarlsen said, you need to click on the dresser or mirror. But its the "Plan Outfit" that will actually let you select an entire outfit either to edit or to add. ("Change Outfit" will just have your Sim change into the current outfit selected in that category. ) 😉
