Honestly this might be a case of Mandala Effect unless an update DID make this change; the vampire aspirations seem to be distributed into other Aspiration categories

The vampire aspirations have always been where your pics show them. One is in Family; one is in Knowledge and the third is in Popularity. Nothing has changed.
