Venue Info Glitched?

So I don't know if I am the only one to have noticed this or if its a problem with my game, but when I am in build mode the Venue Info button is blinking at me as if there is something new. I'm not even on any kind of special lot type I'm on a Residential Lot Type. I tried go through every lot type and nothing has helped. I tried restarting my game and it didn't help either. I've never had a this be a problem before but it just started today after todays update (2/25/2025).  Its hard to ignore because all I see when I am in build mode is a blinking light. 

Someone please help!! Any suggestions or help would be helpful!
