Feb. 25 Patch is reverting lots back to default

The latest patch is making my lots revert back to defaults (pre-updated builds for the Goths, etc.) when I go into my save. It doesn't matter which family or lot I go to first; it just happens. I've played the game without mods, with MCCC only, and with mods. Same outcome. Any help is greatly appreciated!
