When I go to the vet no npc spawn as a vet the vet's office is just empty. I've tried to downloading another vet from the gallery in the same lot and I've also tried downloading a vet office on a totally different lot and still not vets show up
It's a known issue. Same thing with retail lots. Nobody shows up.

same here. This makes vet care nearly impossible with gameplay. I don’t get how they ignore the biggest issues with the game they release and then continue to release more on top.
