Visitors keep stealing..

Oké so I keep noticing that when sims come visit my lot there are always stuff gone missing. At party's or a random home visit, there is always a counter missing in the kitchen or the tv is gone or something.

Is this a bug or something new sims do. Because it's really annoying.
