Hey, hoping someone can help me with this issue.
The last few times I have tried to play my roof and walls won't cut away, made sure I am on the right level and I have tried restarting the game and my computer, restoring settings to default and nothing works.
I hate playing with the walls up so I essentially can't play until I find a way to fix it.
If anyone knows how to fix this I would be very appreciative!
@AshtonR4 In the right upper corner of your game screen is a Walls View control icon that will cycle from Walls Up View, Walls Down View, and Walls Cutaway View as you click on it. Can you verify that this control is not working properly for you?

Obviously no it’s not working or I wouldn’t be posting asking how to fix it
There's no need to be rude - your first post didn't state that the button wasn't working.
I assume that you're still having this issue. Is it live mode or build mode?
Have you tried switching camera modes? Like from Sims 4 camera mode to sims 3 camera mode? I know that it sound strange, but I’ve had a similar issue before.
