wash toddler in the sink interaction doesn't work

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.39.7.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game, try to click on the sink to wash toddler, your adult sim will pick up the toddler yes, however they will juts put them down after.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the time.
What do you expect to see? Toddlers actually get washed in the sink.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I can't remember when the patch was updated.

- @shirlene21b If you mean the Clean Up interaction that's on the sink (that came with an update), they're not supposed to literally wash them in the sink. They're supposed to toss them in the air, catch them and then set them down. It gives a boost to the toddler's hygiene.
Is that not happening for you and they just pick the toddler up then just set it back down again?
