Querenciaaa_777 Is the washing machine breaking? And is it fully upgraded? Do you have multiple dirty clothes hampers and are they near the washing machine? The entire laundry operation works a lot better if the washer and dryer are fully upgraded. And the hampers need to be near the washer and dryer. Otherwise, I find that sims tend to get lost/forget what they were doing if the hampers are not close to the machines when they are taking the dirty laundry to the washer.
I have found that to get the laundry done at times; the dirty clothes hampers need to be near the washing machine. I always use 2 hampers as well. Sometimes, I don't get the option to do laundry, and it says no washing machine. But if I send the sim down to where the machine is, the options come back.
