wasting money

Why did I waste my money on the for rent pack. Sure I can build apartments. But should I wish to rent one out all I will end up doing is spending simoleons on fixing problems and issues. I did get rent one week on a new game but then it stopped. It seems this has been a problem since the pack was released. Maybe it's a bug but I don't think so anymore or it would have been fixed a long time ago. 

Come on EA. Fix the problem!!
