Weird Icon

So, I ordered a pizza in the game, just the normal base game, and none of my sims can get it. They can enter and exit the house just fine, they just can't take the pizza. A thought bubble with a lock appears over my sims. Any idea what it means and how I can fix this?

    The wave and lock means that they can not route to it. Move whatever is in the way or move the Pizza.
