My sims periodically get stuck for no good reason - I haven't found anything that repeatedly 'sticks' them but I have noticed that the only way to unstick is to travel somewhere and back. The most annoying way they're getting stuck is INSIDE some walled in area that they shouldn't have been able to access in the first place. Very weird.
