Werewolf Ally questions and methods Help

So i've got the werewolf pack now and i've been loving it. But it's really a hassle for one of my werewolf sims to do well, wolfy things, around normal sims. They get so scared of her and her traits make it so she gets sad from this. I like her traits so i don't really want to change that. And honestly i don't mind when it's random sims. But she's got several normal sim friends and they (all but one of them) get scared when she's in wolf form.

I want to give her friends the werewolf ally trait but it's really hit or miss and it takes a while. I tried looking up cheats for it but the only thing that I could find was a trait that made a sim Formerly a werewolf, howl included, and in that they become a werewolf ally. That's nice for other stuff such as story and what not, but it's not really what i need.

So does anyone know of a cheat to just give sims the werewolf ally cheat, without making them former lycans, or just a method of getting the trait faster? Thanks for your time!
