What happens if you evict a Sim?

Question

I want to move my family (3 adults, 1 teen and 1 child). All of the adults have maxed their careers. One is an elder, but she's got time left. The teen is in his first semester of university. Basically in Sims terms they're rollin' in dough right now.

I looked into places and I found a home in Windenberg I like for them. The problem is "Father Winter" lives in it. If I evict him will he disappear from the game? I don't want him gone, I just want the house.

(His Santa gig must pay...the house is nice. Pool, fountains, etc.)

wilsonstone&nbsp; You can just evict Father Winter (Clement Frost).&nbsp; He will continue to do his thing as long as you have not tried to play him by entering the lot he lives on.&nbsp; If you have played him, the game will generate a new FW with a different name.&nbsp; &nbsp;
