Lol, been there done that. I learned to check daily. He is 10 in both programing and video I've tried everything. How do I start a new thread or find one?
@Behappy1st, so your Sims is top in their skill in video games and in programming. 🤔 Which career is he in exactly (and what branch of that career, if that applies to the situation)? Also, what is his current job level and where is the arrow on his performance meter at?

His job is computer whiz and he chose the E Sports Gamer and he is at the highest level Champion Gamer.

And his level is at average.

@Behappy1st, I thought that might be his career. I have a Sim in that career that is either at the top of it or near there . I will have to check and see what kind of results I get. I don't have too many Sims at the top levels of their careers, but my understanding is that even when they are at the top, they should still be able to get a raise (since technically they can't get a promotion 😉 ). It is possible that it could be bugged. I will try and test it this week to see what I get. 🤨

Yes, when a Sim is at the top of the career he will occasionally earn a raise or an extra vacation day. If I remember correctly this is based purely on how long the Sim has worked in the career.

Yes thats true. He is not the only sim that I have that reached the top of his career. And the raises seem never ending. No more promotions, but lots of raises. I gave up on his job, I had him quit. He has over $500,000. Money trees and dividends on money he has from the Fabulously Wealthy trait. And it was taking up to much time to go nowhere fast. Very annoying. Bottom line, if you reach the top of your carrier, keep going to get raises unless something happens like it did to me.
