Every time I try to change my Sims' clothes, I get to the page but nothing. All there is is the person and nothing else. I cannot change anything. The only way I can get off of it is to do an task manager shut down. I have restarted the game, even reloaded the entire game. (which caused me to lose all of my saved games) Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
Update: I went through all 4,000 of my mods doing 50/50 testing, deleted a bunch of stuff and it works! I don't even know what was broken in the first place (I had narrowed it down to about 75 mods and then deleted about 30 of them that caused my game to work again so there are 30 that it could have been, but I don't think that TwistedCat's CC was broken so there's more than likely about 20 that were potentially the problem)
MericanChez If your issue isn't in Broken and Updated Mods and CC or a recently downloaded mod but in Previously Broken mods and CC, you just might need to do 50-50 testing.

If it works without mods, start at Broken and Updated Mods and CC and Previously Broken mods and CC
I have had this same issue and it runs 100% fine without mods. No issues there. I check for updates before every time I open the game as well and I test for corrupt or broken files at least once a week. It's so frustrating and I just want to make Travis Scott not look so... base game
You could move the mods folder to your desktop

Move the Mods where?
If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
