@SiSiSiennaaa Do you use mods? This kind of sounds like what happens when you have an outdated or broken version of the UI Cheats mod. If you have it, please remove it and delete localthumbcache.package.
If you don't have that mod, or removing it doesn't help, please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache (again), and test. If the problem is gone, you can start adding back your mods in batches to see if and when the problem reappears. You can save without quitting as well, so your saves aren't permanently affected by the missing content.
