I can't find any info on whether the Vegetarian trait, which currently doesn't appear to be in game in The Sims 4, will be added at some point, or whether it can be unlocked in the game somwhow...??This was a huge part of my love for The Sims games up until now. I am Vegan - and I was so happy that I could make my Sim Vegetarian, and they would get sick if eating meat/fish. It was a HUGE drawcard for me.I didn't see Vegetarian as a train in The Sims 4 when it arrived yesterday and I was creating my Sim.Please can you put it back???

@VeganVamp, do you mean Vegetarian (which is what trait you asked about) or Vegan (like your screen name)? 🤔 While there is not a Vegan trait in TS4, there is a Vegetarian trait! Click on one of the smaller hexagons that allow you to choose traits, and then click on the Sailboat (the icon for Lifestyle traits) and scroll down to the bottom as the traits are in alphabetical order. Vegetarian is at the bottom, and its icon is a Broccoli floret! 🙂Happy Simming! 😉

To gain access to the Vegetarian trait, you must have the City Living EP. If you have this Expansion Pack and are not seeing this trait under 'Lifestyle' (it's the last one on the Lifestyle Menu) then you may need to place this in the Bug Reports section after trying to repair your game. The vegetarian trait was introduced in city living so you need to have city living to have that trait.

Sadly you have to buy sims 4 in the city to get the trait I don’t know how to get the vegan trait , you can try to make your sims vegan but it’s kinda hard but sims 4 in the city ALSO YOUR COOL BECAUSE YOUR A VEGAN LIKE AHHH I’m a vegetarian I might turn vegan but idk

There was a vegan trait mod available and I've seen it work in YouTube videos but the links to the file don't work anymore and I can't find it! Otherwise I'd link it to you. The creator was Pastel-Sims but she has changed her blog name to something else (someone else is using that name on YouTube now, but it's not the creator of the mod)

Another bug?!? 😢 I havent' heard of a bugged Vegetarian trait so far, not even on any of the bug lists that I've seen. 🤔

I wanted to do the not so barry thing and i had the same problem
I had it on my Xbox but not on my pc, It might be a mod I had different mods on my Xbox so it might be a mod maybe city?

@Fayetje_Peetje, if you want the Vegetarian trait, you have to buy the City Living pack ! (If you want a Vegan trait, there might be a Mod somewhere out there that has this, but we are not allowed to give direct links to 3rd party creations like Custom Content (CC) and Mods. You would just have to search for yourself. 😉 You also have to keep up with your Mods and CC every time there is an update or patch by EA … the creators of Mods/CC have to update their creations to be compatible with every change to the game that EA makes: if they don't it will make problems in your game! 🤨 )
Personally, I would just buy City Living because not only do you the Vegetarian trait, you get a lot of other clothing, hair, and activities as well! I think its a really fun pack! 🥳
