Where is the Vegetarian trait??
I can't find any info on whether the Vegetarian trait, which currently doesn't appear to be in game in The Sims 4, will be added at some point, or whether it can be unlocked in the game somwhow...?? ...

To gain access to the Vegetarian trait, you must have the City Living EP.
If you have this Expansion Pack and are not seeing this trait under 'Lifestyle' (it's the last one on the Lifestyle Menu) then you may need to place this in the Bug Reports section after trying to repair your game. This is a half-known bug (many people have it but EA are unaware) and I will make sure that it is known.

Another bug?!? 😢 I havent' heard of a bugged Vegetarian trait so far, not even on any of the bug lists that I've seen. 🤔
