Eliza Pancakes I never enrolled her into college but I have noticed her walking around the campus and also wearing mascots outfit, I helped Julia Wright graduated and today was her graduation day, I also noticed was standing with the other graduates today.
I went to check and see if Eliza finished college and she didn't and and her grade was GPA F , Course Credit 0 and she on Probation
@Japanic2012 It sure is possible to mentor or tutor a NPC to the highest skill. I am not sure if you will be able to let them max out on their careers.
Most of my sims have the responsible trait. They earned this through scouting, by doing task in the household etc. When they aged up to young adults they should be responsible and just go to work. But every time I get back to a family (sometimes I like to spy on them during the week) They are not working, kids are not going to school and the behave like normal Sims ( I.e. the eat quick meals, watch tv, play games or surf the web and only in rare occasions they do stuff connected to their character traits)

@Trismagistos Funny though as some assets seem to pay off like cleaning up (Neat Trait), stealing (Kleptomaniac Trait) or playing with items given to them as gifts (i.e. musical instruments or toys) while others (mostly character values rather than traits) don't show at all, at least while I am watching. 🤒
