why cant i chat on ea help

why has the option for chat of ea help gone i can now only phone or email? the phone is a bit inaccessible due to a speech impediment so i emailed its been 4 days no reply why cant i use the chat lik...

@lotty28 The chat should still be there but depending on your country it might not be available all the time.

Have you tried setting the site to US ?

  Maybe you need to choose a different options. Is this about a game issue or an account problem ?

    @crinrict no I did on Monday when I asked about not having the bonus content after my friend gifting me country living and I was given well look into it answer so I wanted to see if I could talk to someone else and it was gone both if I clicked resume or do a new case so I emailed on Monday it says I should get a reply in 72 hours which ended over 12 hours ago
