why cant i chat on ea help
why has the option for chat of ea help gone i can now only phone or email? the phone is a bit inaccessible due to a speech impediment so i emailed its been 4 days no reply why cant i use the chat lik...

@crinrict no I did on Monday when I asked about not having the bonus content after my friend gifting me country living and I was given well look into it answer so I wanted to see if I could talk to someone else and it was gone both if I clicked resume or do a new case so I emailed on Monday it says I should get a reply in 72 hours which ended over 12 hours ago

The chat option should still be available to you, just make sure that you choose the following path:
Sims 4 > PC > Manage My Account > Find Missing Game > Select Contact Option
I just had a look with those settings and I was able to start a chat.
Could you please give it a go and let me know if it works for you? I also had a look at your support case and I'm certain that we should be able to fix this for you no problem 🙂

We just tested it and it works for others, would it be possible to try it on another device such as a mobile phone?
I've used both my pc tablet phone used different browser cleared cache it's still not there and on top of that I've had no reply to my email from 4 days ago when its supposed to be 3 days
