You need a high romance level with them. If your not above cheating then on Xbox press the RB, LB, RT and LT or on PC/laptop press CTRL+shift+C, on playstation and on Playstation do L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and do ‘testingcheats true’ then do the presses to get the command centre up again if it's closed and do ‘Cas.fulleditmode’ then on PC shift+click, on Xbox do B+A and on Playstation do X+circle and add to family then open that menu again and do modify in CAS, you can then change the Sims sexual orientation and change their relationships to partner and the married Sims should accept the romance interactions
