why is the 6/6/24 update still not available for me?

the update came out almost a month ago and it's still unavailable for me. my game has been broken for over a month (I have done everything possible to try to fix my game) and i haven't been able to play. what do I do?? I miss playing!

    when i start up my game there’s this thing that the only way to get out of it is if i press escape, its like a wall kind of, it pops up after i close out my mods list, and in build mode nothing pops up in the categories. and the 6/6/24 update is still unavailable for me. idk if u can see what i’m talking about in this photo, but it’s there.

    @luvvmehp What is the game version showing in the lower right corner of that main menu screen ?

    @luvvmehp Then you're all updated. That's the current version.

    have you tried if you can start the game with no mods/cc installed ?

    @crinrict no, but i will try, how do i do it? do i delete them out of the folder or do i just move the mods folder?

    @luvvmehp Move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save,
