Why is the sims 4 so dark?
Can I make the game more bright? The UI is very bright and it hurts my eyes to look at the game. Is it possible to make the game more bright and not making the UI brighter?

Hi henriettewilde do you have the issue only in build mode or is it a general issue ?
I played on some other neighborhoods and havent had this problems that much. Indeed I dislike building because it looks very umcomfortable with the grid and ui specially in darker neighbourhoods. I havent noticed this since now, so Id say its only building in darker neighbourhoods.
henriettewildeI also find it difficult to see in darker worlds. Henford-on-Bagley is one of my favourites, but it's really difficult and I wish there was better visual accessibility in the UI. Like, a minimum brightness built-in.
Someone reported that for them it's always night in build mode despite changing to day: Always Visually Night Time when Entering Lot in Build Mode | EA Forums - 5035494
Maybe that's what you are seeing if you say it's only like this in build mode.
Do you see a difference if you switch between the day time ?
