Will sims 4, some DLC and some mods work on this pc ??

I’m thinking about moving from console to Pc but I’m not sure what to look for. I have found a Pc which might work I’m not to sure, I am on a budget and trying to find something that will run it with good graphics 

ACER Aspire XC-895

Intel Core i5 10400

2.9 GHz / 4.3 GHz

8GB DDR RAM 

1TB storage HDD

I do not really understand what I need in a pc for sims 4 to run on it but if someone does know I could really use some help. Thanks

    @Kayla69x 

    The things you list will make it possible to run The Sims 4 on medium settings. Depending on the most important thing that you didn't list the graphics you may be able to go higher.

    @jpkarlsen It says something about the graphics controller model being UDH Graphics 630. Is that good ?

    @Kayla69x Integrated graphics like that are never particularly good but you should be able to run the game with medium settings. Stand alone graphics are needed for Ultra settings.

    @jpkarlsen You replied earlier saying I would be able to run the sims, does that include DLC aswell or would that be to much ?
