will "top surgery" scars ever be available for female sims

@mermaidJAC I am so happy that you survived breast cancer. I lost my cousin to breast cancer in the late 90s to it. She was only 37-years old. I wanted to make a sim in my game as a tribute to breast cancer survivors with a holistic health journey trait system. I was so disappointed that the option was not available and shared that post just this morning. I hope they respond and fix this. This representation for women matters!
