Wrong gendered title

Lord Virgilio Capp married Margravine Ermelinda Abrantes and now he has a title Lady Virgilio Capp and is a Lady of Ondarion.

Same title when viewed from his family tree. Here's from her family tree.

I went into CAS to confirm. He has he/him pronouns. All of his gender details are masculine.

When I came out of CAS, I noticed that his title changed to Lord. So I guess that fixed it. Anyone else experienced this bug?

I am using mods.
PC.
Removing mods won't do anything since I accidentally fixed the issue by going into CAS and back out (without changing anything).

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.

same here. on the career tab, it's the right pronoun. but on the simology and when hover the sim on the panel and sim self, it's the wrong one. I followed your workaround and it's all good.
