Those black shadows are usually something from the lower level glitching through the floor, usually a cabinet or window. It's been a glitch for as long as I can remember. 

Until there is some kind of fix, whatever the objects are, try to lower that object in build mode.  If you can't lower the object a bit, a workaround you can try is raising the platform of that yoga room or the whole floor of the building. Or you can raise the lower floor wall height if possible so the top of whatever object isn't touching the ceiling.
