Zerbu Mod Constructor V4

Can someone with experience making mods with Zerbu's mod constructor tell me how exactly I could implement actions into a trait? I have experience making trait mods and adding buffs ect. but right now I'm currently trying to make a new version of the kleptomaniac trait that has no cooldowns and allows sims to steal any buy-mode object. Right now I cannot figure out how to make it so that the option to steal that comes with the in-game trait is available with my trait. I would also like to know how to do this for future traits I may work on.
